For hematite iron ore of coarse iron grains, gravity separation or magnetic separation can be used. for iron grains of 1-3mm. intensity magnetic separation can be used to upgrade iron. For hematite iron grains of 1-50mm, iron gravity jigging machines can do a great work. AM30 jig machine can deal with size range of 8-30mm, FRT16-2 jig machine can deal with size range of 30-50mm while 2LTC6109/8T jigging machine can treat ore of 0-8mm. What is more, the gravity separation for iron ore is friendly to environment with its large handling capacity, high recovery, and good beneficiation efficiency.

2LTC-6109/8T jig machine, the beneficiation equipment belongs to double rows and eight chambers side plug-fuse type. It takes advantage of water as medium, and separates according to the density of the gangue minerals. This facility can separate a large range of ore from large size to small size in different dressing systems. As the working face of Forui 2LTC-6109/8T is trapezoid and  each slot can be independently controlled, it has the advantages of wide scope in recovery, large capacity of treatment and continuous working.
