Brief Introduction of AM30 jig machine

AM30 jig machine is one kind of jig machine with big feeding size ,the maximum feeding size can be 30mm. It is sine-wave side-drving type jig machine with two rows and four chambers. AM30 jig machine is widely used for beneficiaiton of manganese ore, Iron ore ,barite ore and fluorite ore, etc..

Introduction of AM30 jig machine

For AM-30 jigging machine, the maximum feeding size is 30mm, and it can discharge up and down at the same time.As kind of large size jigging machine which was widely used at present,it can work continuously. Jigger of this model is only used to process hematite at first,  and now it has been also applied to the beneficiation of  limonite, specularite, manganese ore, barite, fluorite, lapis lazuli, mercury ore, antimony, etc  with its great dressing efficiency.

Work Principle of AM30 jig machine

AM-30 jigger is rectangle side-moving jigger with two rows and four chambers. The motor drives the reduction gear to move by the transmission belt and there are eccentric adjustment device at the two ends of the output shaft of the reduction gear. The eccentric adjustment device drives the connecting rod to bring the driving pan to do alternative motion squeezing the liquid in the cell body to move. The moving water-flows impact the ore on the screen to make the ore in the shape of free-falling body in the liquid. The ore grains own different dropping speed in the liquid because of the different density, so the ore will separate naturally. Finally, the heavier ore will be discharged out of the cell body after the adjustment and the lighter ore floats the waste-discharging mouth to be discharged and the whole ore beneficiation process is finished.
