Working principle of LTA1010/2 jig machine

The jig is actuated by 3kw electric motor which drives an adjustable eccentric fixed shaft to move the pulsating cone up and down . By rotating the eccentric shaft, the stroke may be adjusted, reducing or increasing the action of the pulsating cone. The pulsating water is produced by the movement of pulsating cone .under the action of upward and downward water, the jig bed will be pushed upwards and fall down, the separation takes place in the jig bed so that the grains with high specific gravity penetrate through the ragging and screen to be drawn off as concentrates, while the light grains are carried way by the cross-flow water to be discharged as tailings.
