Four rollers relative rotation generates high extrusion pressure and shear force for crushing the material.Firstly the material enters into the space between the topside two rollers. Here, it is extruded, rolled and sheared (coarse crushing) by the the topside two rotation rollers.Secondly the material extruded and milled (fine crushing) by the bottom two rolls which are relatively rotating. under the extrusion, cut and mill of the bottom two rolls, the material becomes the required size , sent by the transport equipment.

The Application of Four Roll Crusher

Four roll crusher is suitable for fine crushing materials of anti-pressure strength less than 150mpa and moisture less than 30%, such as coke, coal, ceramic raw materials, quartz, limestone, feldspar, gypsum, clay, salt, water slag, chemical raw materials such as solid materials.

Work Principle of Four Roll Crusher

Two motors drive the breaker, the upper and lower tooth rollers rotating in different direction. The two rollers move toward each other. Materials bigger than the gap between teeth is split, folded and pulled. Four roller are at a certain differential speed, make the two roller cleaning each other, so as to ensure the material under any water broken when non-stick is not blocked. And due to the slow motion roller, make the material continuously turn on tooth roller, in the material of the most vulnerable place broken, thus achieve the purpose of quickly braking material with minimal force.
