The gravity separtion is adopted in this fluorite beneficiation plant. The gravity separation works on the difference in density between fluorite and gangue mineral.The fluorite beneficiation plant include hopper&feeder,jaw crusher,rotary drum screen,AM30 jig machine,LTA1010/2 jig machine,dewatering screen.

The flowchart is ROM fluorite ore--->primary jaw crusher---->secondary jaw crusher--->rotary screen--->jigging separation-----fluorite products--->dewatering screen---->conveyor--->fluorite products dump.

The raw fluorite ore was feed into two stage crushing equipment by chute feeder to get below 30mm size ore.  Then do classification with the crusherd fluorite ore in screen, get different size fraction:0-8mm,8-30mm.The 0-8mm fluorite ore was processed by LTA1010/2 jig machine,the 8-30mm was processed by AM30 jig machine, then get different size fluorite product.

Now this jigging separation process is the major process to get fluorite concentrate for metalligical industry. There is no flotating agent on the surfuce of fluorite ore, is good use.
