Introduction of JTseries saw-tooth jig machine/jig concentrator
The Sawtooth-Wave Jig Concentrator belongs to down-moving jig concentrator with single row, double room. This series jig machine is the extension version of sine-wave down-moving jig concentrator,which is designed for fine size gold ore.
The pulsation water wave of saw-tooth jig machine is similar to saw-tooth.It features the action time of upward water is short,and downward action time is long,is good for the recovery of fine size material.
Working principle of Saw-tooth wave jig machine
Sawtooth pulsation jig adopts cam mechanism transmission, utilize water as the equipment of ore dressing medium.During work, electric-motor drive transmission case to carry out the pulsated cone to do motion of vertical-lifting and decline, make the water pulsate as saw-tooth wave. The sawtooth wave pulsation curve forms a vertical alternating current force in the jig. Under the action of the vertical alternating medium flow, the minerals entering the jig sorting tank are stratified according to the specific gravity difference between the useful minerals and gangue, and then the light and heavy minerals are discharged separately.
