Gold Washing machine

Gold washing machine is developed for extracting gold from placer or alluvial gold deposit.

Placer/Alluvial gold deposit is secondary deposit,formed by weathering, river transport and deposition of primary gold, then deposit in low-lying area.This type of gold deposit contains much clay masses,gravel and free gold particle.

As much gold are encased in the clay masses, so the first step is washing and breaking the mud to free the gold. then extract the gold by gravity separation which is working on the big difference in density between gold and waste rock.

The process of gold washing

According to the feature of placer gold deposit,the general process is as following:

Gold washing is used to break clay masses and remove clay. such as  rotary trommel scrubber,  gold trommel screen

2.Gold gravity separation machine

Gold gravity separation machine is to recover gold from waste rock by the means of gravity separation. such as gold sluice, jig concentrator, centrifugal concentrator, shaking table,etc.

3.gold refine machine

gold refine machine is to improve the quality of rough gold concentrates.  Concentrates from rough separation machine, contains much black sand,  use gold refine machine can remove black sand. such as  shaking table, gold amalgamation machine.

4.gold smelting furnace

to smelting the gold sand and make into final product of gold bars
