Double roller crusher is suitable for secondary crushing & fine grinding work which compressive strength is less than 250 Mpa, the moisture is less than 35% of the solid material,Such as broken iron ore, quartz, potassium sodium feldspar, limestone, pebbles, silicon metal, barite, basalt, granite, steel slag, cement clinker, construction waste (concrete), shale, quick lime, coal, coke, clay, bentonite, chemical raw materials etc. It can be widely used in mining, thermal power, cement, ceramics, metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials and other industries, with the use of low maintenance costs, reliable performance, low power consumption, less dust, low noise etc characteristics.
 
The working principle of double roller crusher
The double roller crusher consists of two cylindrical rollers as the major body of work. When the crusher works,two circular rollers do the rotation in the opposite direction,due to the friction between the material and the rollers, the materials of feeding was involved in Crushing cavity which is formed by the two rollers and was crushed.Broken products under the action of gravity, discharged from the gap between the two rollers, the size of the gap determines the finished product of maximum size.
 
Application ofdouble roller crusher
The double roller crusher is equipped with two rollers,according to the required outlet size; the roller’s surface is divided into two types of flat roller surface and surfacing roller surface.
Flat roller surface is suitable for feeding size which less than 80 mm, the finished product granularity requires 0.5-10 mm finely work. Such as by using of pebbles, construction waste to manufacture artificial sand; In mining industry, crushing iron pre, quartz;In ceramic industry, crushing raw materials; In metallurgical industry, crushing coke, quick lime, bunt lime;In Coking pant, crushing coal powder; In chemical industry, crushing all kinds of raw materials or the similar occasions.
 
Surfacing roller surface is suitable for feeding size less than 150 mm; the finished product granularity requires 3-30 mm finely work. Such as in cement industry, pre crushing cement clinker, limestone and composite materials before the ball mill, Raymond mill; In Coal water slurry industry, pre crushing coal before the ball mill, Raymond mill; In Iron ore industry, pre crushing steel slag, iron ore, silicon ore before the ball mill, Raymond mill; In brick making factory, crushing various ores to make bricks; In thermal power plant, crushing coal or the similar occasions.
